We help brands elevate their online presence through innovation and creativity, and we’re seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team to amplify our reach and strengthen our brand voice.

Job Description:


We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead Floe’s marketing efforts. You will be responsible for crafting and executing data-driven marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and leading initiatives to attract and retain clients. Working closely with our creative and development teams, you will position Floe as a leader in the digital design space.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Floe’s business goals and drives lead generation, client engagement, and brand awareness.

  • Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and content marketing platforms.

  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials, including case studies, blog posts, social media content, and presentations.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors, identifying opportunities to differentiate and promote Floe’s unique offerings.

  • Develop and manage Floe’s social media presence, including creating content calendars, engaging with followers, and growing our audience across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.

  • Work with the sales team to develop effective lead-generation campaigns and nurture strategies.

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

  • Oversee SEO/SEM efforts, ensuring Floe’s website and content rank effectively for target keywords and phrases.

  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using data and metrics to optimize future campaigns and report insights to leadership.

  • Cultivate and maintain partnerships and collaborations to drive thought leadership, content sharing, and brand visibility.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a digital agency or creative industry.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including content marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media management.

  • Experience in campaign development and execution, with a portfolio of successful marketing initiatives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to craft clear, compelling, and engaging messaging.

  • Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRMs (such as HubSpot or Mailchimp), and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.

  • Experience working closely with creative teams to align branding and marketing materials with strategic goals.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with designers, developers, and project managers.

Nice-to-Have:


  • Familiarity with UX/UI principles and the digital design/development industry.

  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills for various digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of video marketing strategies and channels, including YouTube and webinars.
