Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Framer Developer to join our dynamic team at Floe. This role requires an expert in building high-quality, interactive web experiences using Framer. As a senior member of the team, you will lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate closely with designers and other stakeholders to bring visually compelling designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of interactive web projects using Framer, ensuring top-notch performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Collaborate with designers to translate complex, creative concepts into functional, interactive, and visually stunning web experiences.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, reviewing code and providing feedback to elevate the overall team performance.

• Optimize and troubleshoot web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.

• Stay updated on new Framer features, trends, and best practices, incorporating them into your projects.

• Contribute to the ideation and technical direction of new web experiences, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs as required, maintaining seamless and efficient workflows.

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Developer with expertise in Framer.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript and related web technologies.

• Experience working closely with design teams to build responsive, high-performance websites.

• Strong knowledge of Webflow and/or other interactive web development tools is a plus.

• Proficiency in animation, interaction design, and creating complex user experiences.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Leadership experience mentoring or managing a team of developers.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Solid understanding of web standards, including SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Figma or Spline for prototyping and visual design collaboration.

• Knowledge of backend integration and familiarity with CMS systems.

• Experience with custom code implementation, adding After Effects animations or similar enhancements.
