$55,000 - $75,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web projects
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with developers to ensure the proper implementation of designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong knowledge of design principles (color, typography, spacing, etc.)
Experience in designing responsive and mobile-first websites
Ability to turn wireframes into clickable prototypes
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have:
Experience with user research and usability testing tools
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for better developer collaboration
A solid understanding of motion design and microinteractions
